Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Read the drawing, plans, site work instruction and execute the work as the instruction by project engineer.

2.Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every site activity.

3.Prepare daily progress report day today basis.

4.Identifying and addressing quality issued or defects in construction materials, workmanship.

5.Supervising and instructing the construction labour as well as sub - contractor.

6.Co - Ordinate and manage the project schedules

7.Maintain accurate records of all site documentation, like drawings, site photos & labour attendance.

8.Prepare sub-contractor / contractor / labour bills.

9.Supervisor the use of machinery & equipment's on site.

10.Take off the quantity of every site activities and order the materials according to the requirements.
