Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design:

Prepare, review, and approve designs, drawings, and specifications for civil projects. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Construction Supervision & Execution:

Oversee and monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards. Manage construction schedules and resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications and government regulations.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality standards. Enforce safety measures and regulatory compliance on-site. Address any defects or non-conformance in construction work.

Cost Estimation & Budget Management:

Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets. Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.

Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

Lead a team of junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams. Resolve site-related issues and disputes.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and site records. Present reports on project status, risks, and corrective actions.
