Role & Responsibilities

Manage and execute day-to-day site activities as per drawings, SOPs, and project requirements. Supervise junior engineers, site staff, and contractor manpower to ensure work is completed on time. Identify site issues, delays, or risks in advance and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions. Guide and train contractors and workers on correct construction methods and quality standards. Prepare activity schedules and ensure completion as per planned timelines. Plan and review manpower, materials, and machinery regularly. Check contractor bills based on work progress and ensure timely entries in ERP. Ensure quality of work as per drawings, work orders, and company quality processes. Coordinate with QA/QC team and close non-compliances within given timelines. Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, drawings, and site documentation. Implement safety procedures at site and ensure all workers use proper safety gear. Coordinate with Safety Officer, support safety audits, and attend safety review meetings. Enforce safety rules strictly and stop work if safety guidelines are not followed. Ensure no child labor is engaged at site and maintain good housekeeping. Control material usage, avoid wastage, and maintain proper material reconciliation records. Support audits during monthly stock checking and reconciliation.
