Job Summary

The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for leading site execution activities, ensuring projects are

delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The

role involves managing site teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, resolving complex

technical issues, and supporting the Project Manager in achieving successful project delivery. The

Senior Site Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise overall site execution activities as per approved drawings and project
specifications

Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient
execution

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors Ensure strict quality control and adherence to project standards and client requirements Oversee site safety implementation and ensure compliance with safety regulations Review and monitor daily site progress, work schedules, and resource planning Plan and manage site manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities Interpret and review architectural, structural, and interior drawings for accurate execution Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and execution-related issues on site Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handovers with consultants and clients Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and propose corrective actions Support project billing, measurements, quantity verification, and cost control Ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets and project schedules
Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Interior Engineering 8-10 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial, or residential projects, with a
strong focus on site execution

Strong technical knowledge of large-scale interior and construction execution Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously Excellent understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
