Senior Site Engineer

to manage on-site construction execution, quality control and coordination across our projects.

This role is ideal for a

strong site-execution professional

who can independently handle day-to-day site operations and lead junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications Ensure work progresses as per project schedule and targets Read, understand and implement GFC drawings accurately on site Monitor labour productivity, material usage and equipment deployment Track site progress, delays, deviations and extra work items Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with technical standards Carry out site inspections and implement quality checklists Coordinate with CQRA / quality consultants and close observations Prevent rework and resolve execution or quality issues promptly Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and client teams Lead and supervise junior engineers, foremen and contractors Maintain site discipline, productivity and safety practices Control material consumption and minimise wastage Raise material and resource requirements with the Purchase team Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site documentation Prepare measurement sheets and support billing activities Assist in as-built drawings and project handover documentation Ensure compliance with site safety norms and statutory requirements Conduct toolbox talks and report safety incidents or risks

Who Can Apply

Degree

in

Civil Engineering

3+ to 5 years of on-site construction experience

Strong understanding of drawings, construction methods and quality standards Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and site teams Ability to independently manage site execution and lead teams Working knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD preferred
