Job Description

1. Project Planning & Execution

Study drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.

Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and allocate resources accordingly.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, standard norms, and quality parameters.

2. Site Supervision & Monitoring

Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works at site.

Monitor manpower, materials, machineries, and work progress.

Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and enforce safety protocols.

Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and rectify deviations.

3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

Check shuttering, reinforcement, alignment, and leveling before concreting.

Ensure quality of materials received on site (cement, steel, aggregates, blocks, tiles, etc.).

Conduct cube tests, slump tests, and maintain quality reports.

Ensure finishing work meets design, alignment, plumb, and durability standards.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Attend review meetings and update daily progress to Project Manager.

5. Measurement & Billing Maintain daily measurement sheets of executed quantity. Verify subcontractor bills as per BOQ and site measurements. Assist in preparation of RA bills and reconciliation of materials. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), labor report, machine logbook. Prepare WIR/MIR (Work Inspection Request & Material Inspection Report). Track material consumption and prepare material requirement forecasts. Ensure proper documentation for quality, safety, and statutory requirements. 7. Cost & Time Control Minimize wastage of materials and labor idle time. Monitor progress vs schedule and highlight delays immediately. Support project planning team with progress tracking and micro-planning. 8. Handover & Closing Activities Assist in snag list preparation and rectification. Coordinate testing/commissioning of services. Support documentation for project completion and handover to client. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
