Working Days & Time-Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6.30

Senior Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all civil engineering activities on site, from earthworks and foundations to structural erection and exterior finishes. Review and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and architectural plans to ensure accurate implementation. Lead and supervise a team of junior engineers, foremen, and labor crews. Develop and monitor project schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of milestones. Make detailed project budgets and ensure work is carried out within the budget. Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures and health, safety, and environmental protocols on site. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered as per the project timeline. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues and unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

7+ years of progressive experience

in residential and commercial building construction, with a proven track record of managing site operations. In-depth knowledge of local construction practices, building codes, and material standards in Mumbai. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera). Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. BMC license Preferred to have experience with ERP, specifically Farvision ERP
