Work with government bodies on a infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

Preferably some one who has a on a government infrastructure project before.

1. Site Management:

Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Technical Oversight:

Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site execution. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Identify and address technical issues or discrepancies at the site promptly.

3. Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Experience in road or infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in construction methodologies, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus. Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented approach.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials used, and any changes made to plans. Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities, challenges, and resolutions along with material reconciliation.

5. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure adherence to all environmental and safety regulations and client requirements. Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety protocols among the team.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
