About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of an ongoing retail interior design and fit-out project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-end retail interiors, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and execution of the interior design as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. Manage project schedules and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Handle procurement coordination and material inventory at site.Track project progress, update stakeholders, and flag risks or delays proactively. Manage client communication and expectations on-site when required.Prepare daily/weekly site reports, maintain documentation, and ensure proper handovers. Supervise site staff and labor teams, ensuring discipline and productivity.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, especially in retail or commercial spaces. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, services, and finish standards. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate teams on-site.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and BOQs. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Flexible to travel to multiple site locations (if needed) and work extended hours when required.
Nice to Have:

PMP or similar project management certification.

Experience working with premium brands or high-end retail interiors.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
