Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of site engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, including site investigations, design, and construction.

3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

4. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

5. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and resolve technical issues.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

7. Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

8. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet the required standards.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

10. Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. 4-8 years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a related field.

4. Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and transportation engineering.

5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers and technicians.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
