We are looking for a

Senior Site Engineer

with hands-on experience in

residential and commercial projects

, specifically for our

CMRL (Chennai Metro Rail Limited) project

. The ideal candidate must possess sound technical knowledge in both

structural and finishing works

and be capable of handling end-to-end site execution responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site activities in line with project timelines and specifications. Coordinate and supervise structural and finishing works. Manage planning, scheduling and execution of civil engineering works. Oversee

billing

, work measurements and documentation as per client requirements. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile:

Must be a

Gulf returnee

with proven project exposure. Qualification:

B.E. Civil Engineering / B.Tech (Civil)

. Strong skills in

Planning, Execution and Billing

. Ability to handle site operations independently and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and consultants.
