Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for residential construction projects. Plan, execute, and monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Monitor material usage, site progress, and manpower deployment. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with project management and senior leadership for smooth execution. Handle client and consultant inspections and close observations effectively.

Job Requirements / Skills:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in residential construction projects. Strong hands-on experience in

large apartment projects (50+ flats), villas, and residential buildings

. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control. Proven ability to manage multiple site activities and lead teams effectively. Strong coordination and communication skills. Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing site work efficiently. Candidates with prior experience at

Casa Grand or Appaswamy Real Estate

will be preferred.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
