Site Engineer - Apartment Projects (10 Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities /

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Overall execution of residential apartment projects as per approved drawings and specifications

Supervise civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works

Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and project schedule

2. Planning & Coordination

Daily work planning and allocation of tasks to contractors and supervisors

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers

Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports

3. Quality Control

Ensure quality control at all stages of construction

Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and safety compliance

Rectify defects and ensure corrective actions

4. Billing & Measurement

Take site measurements and prepare BOQs

Verify contractor bills and work completion stages

Assist in client billing and certification

5. Material Management

Raise material requisitions as per project requirement

Monitor material usage, wastage control, and stock at site

Coordinate with purchase and stores department

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure site safety practices and statutory compliance

Implement safety rules for workers and subcontractors

Maintain safety records and site documentation

7. Manpower & Contractor Management

Manage skilled and unskilled labor

Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely completion

Resolve site-level technical and labor issues

8. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records, drawings, DPRs, and inspection checklists

Prepare progress reports and attend review meetings

Coordinate for approvals and inspections

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of residential apartment construction

Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office & basic AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
