Site Engineer

in a construction company is responsible for managing and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure the project is built according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Maintain site records, progress reports, and measurements Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in construction site supervision Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software (preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
