ob Responsibilities
Oversee execution & Planning of Construction Sites.
Ability to manage multiple projects if required & ensure accuracy & verify all aspects of work scope, pricing, design & change orders for assigned projects.
To Coordinate well with junior team members & labour on site.
Communicate with range of people including subcontractors, suppliers, dealers & Clients.
Maintain an accurate record of construction employees workers & employees attendance.
Analyzing Drawings to ensure that projects meet design ,safety & budget specifications.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations.
The ability to interpret drawings of all architecture, structural & services.
Good salary & healthy environment.
