Lead construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, materials, and workmanship.
Conduct inspections for civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Handle on-site queries with design/technical teams.
Attend project meetings and prepare technical updates.
4. Project Management
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Identify risks and delays and propose corrective actions.
Support the Project Manager in documentation, reporting, and approvals.
5. Material Management
Verify material quality, quantity, and timely availability.
Coordinate with procurement for delivery and stock management.
Maintain updated records of material consumption.
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure site safety practices are followed.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
Report incidents and maintain safety documentation.
