About Us:
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is developing The Foresta, a premium hospitality project located in Paud, Mulshi. We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Site Engineer
to manage site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high-quality construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work quality as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project progress.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
Conduct quality checks, safety inspections, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.
Resolve technical issues and ensure work completion within deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in construction site supervision (hospitality, resort, or commercial projects preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of civil work, materials, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle site independently and manage multiple contractors.
