POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

Project Execution with strong implementation of project at site by achieving the desired work targets
under pressure.

Project executions with accuracies and timely deliveries of the project.

RESPONSIBILITY

AREAS

Maintain work harmony between L3 to L4 employees Resolve all problems Reports and ensure that per day targets are achieved for project execution Work with optimum utilization of resources of the company Optimum utilization of steel, concrete, formwork and resources at site Achieve the target to maintain accurate billing cycle at the site Delegate work to L3 to L4 staff along with sub-contractors' team. Maintain client expectations at the sites Ensure that commitment of company should be achieved at the site. Co-ordinate with Construction manager/project manager for organizing staff at the site including
arrangements of labor contractors and staff in case of emergencies

DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, technicians,
and contractors.

Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients. Co-ordinate with Planning engineers and ensure that planned activities are met Co-ordinate with safety department & ensure that safety is followed at the site and report is submitted
to the safety head including PPE of the staff working at hazards locations.

Co-ordinate with quality department and ensure that quality standards are met and report is submitted
to the safety head.

Co-ordinate with billing department and provide the accurate data to the billing head to ensure that
the right bills are submit to client and ensure that all the bills are certified within stipulated time.

Ensure that all tools and tackles are availed from the stores department Co-ordinate with the stores department and put requisition to stores department at the right time and
with right quantities

Execution of project as per agreed and approved drawings/sketches from client and as per client's
direction and report to construction manager and resolve any hurdles at the site.

Follow all the process related to steel, concrete, formwork - Ordering to execution including planning
and execution.

Report at the site on the start of working hours / 9.00 am Co-ordinate with the vendors delivering formwork, Steel, Concrete and other accessories at the site Ensure that Formwork is cleaned & set properly before concrete pouring Ensure all forms and reports are filled and submitted to client on required schedules. Request for concrete as and when required by project manager at site Ensure Concreting is done on time and with accuracies Providing correct/analyzed data to billing team Take daily quick review from execution team and review with construction manager on daily basis. Plan work in advance on regular basis which should avoid further delays in work executions. Review with the site engineers on daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit/discuss the same to the
construction manager to resolve the same.

Study project drawings thoroughly and communicate the same to execution team on the regular basis. Ensure that planning is done on weekly/monthly and quarterly basis Ensuring to create healthy as well as disciplined work environment at the site. Spend minimum. 8 hours at the execution location Follow all documentations related to the project site is maintained in soft as well as hard copies. Report to senior on daily basis regarding the current day as well as scheduled activity at the site. Maintain Rapport with the team and create healthy work environment. Follow company processes in terms of co-ordination and reporting (including existing and new policy
changes).

Ensure that all targets and deadlines are met Ensure site logistics and material movement plan is met.

QUALIFICATIONS

8 to10 years with BE Civil

12 to 14 years with diploma

Good written & Spoken English Communication, Problem Solving skills, People management skills, Team Building,

Conflict Resolution Efficiency, Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Relevant skills in high-rise construction is

must. Aluminum Formwork experience is must

PHYSICAL

REQUIREMENTS Average Physique with good health conditions. Should be presentable and well groomed.
