Job Description

1) Should have minimum Qualification of B.E / B.TECH in Civil Engineering 2) Should have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant field.( Residential / Industrial sector preferred)3) Should have vast experience in detailed drawing studying .4) Should be completed minimum 2 project of residential / Industrial sector.5) Strong communication & Written skill required leadership , team management ,problem solving skills required .6) Should be able to Co-ordinate with vendors ,Consultant and stakeholders.7) Should have vast knowledge in RCC, Brick Work , Plastering , Waterproofing ,Tiling & Building finishing work .8) Should be Able to read & execute the MEP, FAS, STP work as per DWG.9) Dealing with vendors & negations skill required.10) Should be able handle complete site & site activities including , Planning , scheduling ,management , material management 11)Candidate should be expert in an Email Drafting , Bill certification, BOQs ,Estimation ,Bill preparation etc.12) Should have knowledge of QA/QC of material & construction activity .

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
