Supervise site activities, including setting out, leveling, and surveying to match engineering drawings.?? Monitor construction progress, quality control, material usage, and adherence to safety regulations.? Coordinate with subcontractors, manage resources, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports
Required Skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints, project management tools, and civil engineering software. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety protocols, and problem-solving abilities

Oversee daily construction site operations, including layout, material checks, and progress tracking. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Conduct quality inspections, safety audits, and compliance with building codes and standards. Manage on-site teams, resolve technical issues, and report project status to management. Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources; implement corrective actions for delays. Perform surveys, interpret blueprints, and supervise formwork, concrete, and structural work. Maintain site logs, documentation, and risk assessments for legal and safety purposes.
