Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate with construction crews, subcontractors, and other professionals to address site issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and provide feedback for improvements.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to health, safety, and legal regulations.

Documentation:

Gather data and prepare site reports, progress logs, and other necessary documentation.

Technical Support:

Provide technical advice, diagnose, and resolve technical difficulties encountered on-site.

Vendor Management:

Organize construction materials and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure timely procurement.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and schematics. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Ability to commute or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
