Role Overview:

The Senior Site Engineer will lead construction operations, providing oversight and technical direction. This role involves project planning, team leadership, and problem-solving to ensure efficient execution of on-site activities.

Minimum: 10 years of Experience in Building Construction

Education: B.E. Civil Degree or 15 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of site execution and project milestones, ensuring activities align with design and safety regulations. Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, providing technical guidance and project planning. Perform site inspections and quality control to uphold high construction standards. Review daily progress report regularly Negotiate on day to day basis with different vendors Manage subcontractors and labor, ensuring synchronized workflow and adherence to deadlines. Resolve technical issues and site conflicts swiftly, minimizing project disruptions. Prepare and present progress reports to the senior leadership team and other senior engineers. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to streamline project execution.
