Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Civil Engineer

with strong

site execution, billing, and supervision experience

to manage interior fit-out and building construction projects. The role requires hands-on site presence, coordination with contractors, and preparation of accurate bills and measurements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day

site activities

for interior fit-outs and building construction projects Ensure work is executed as per

drawings, BOQs, specifications, and timelines

Coordinate with

contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers

Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and material usage on site

Billing & Documentation

Prepare and verify

RA bills, final bills, and client bills

Take

site measurements

and maintain MBs (Measurement Books) Cross-check contractor bills against BOQs and actual site progress Maintain proper site documentation and records

Planning & Coordination

Assist in

project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

Coordinate material requirements and site logistics Support project managers in resolving site-level issues and variations

Reporting

Daily and weekly site progress reporting Highlight delays, risks, and cost deviations proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering

6-12 years of experience in: Interior fit-outs (retail, commercial) RCC & building construction (colleges/institutional preferred) Strong knowledge of: BOQs, billing, measurements Site execution and supervision Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word

Ability to manage multiple sites if required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,654.16 per month
