Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution:
Supervise on-site activities to ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
Proficiently operate tools like Auto Level and Total Station for measurements and layouts.
Material and Inventory Management:
Handle raw material deliveries, maintain stock records, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Reporting and Coordination:
Submit detailed daily progress reports, including materials received, progress achieved, and challenges faced.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management teams for smooth project execution.
Relocation:
Be willing to relocate to any project site as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in road construction or similar infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Auto Level and Total Station tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
