About the Role:

We are hiring a highly experienced Civil Engineer to manage structural and finishing activities for residential and commercial building projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site leadership, and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee structural (RCC) and finishing stage construction work Manage daily site activities and workforce planning Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Maintain quality control and site safety compliance Track material consumption and site progress Resolve technical and execution-related site issues

Candidate Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in RCC and finishing works Ability to independently manage complete site execution Experience in residential and/or commercial building projects Good understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs Leadership skills with problem-solving ability

Experience Criteria:

Minimum

8+ years

of experience in RCC and finishing works for residential or commercial construction projects is mandatory.
