over 10 years

of proven expertise in architectural construction, site supervision, and project coordination. Skilled in transforming architectural designs into high-quality built environments, ensuring precision, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. Adept at managing all stages of construction from site preparation to finishing while maintaining strict adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Education

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech - Civil) / Master of Technology (MTech - Civil)/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

1. Project Planning and Coordination

Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Plan and schedule construction activities in coordination with project managers, consultants, and contractors. Prepare detailed work programs, progress charts, and manpower/material deployment schedules. Coordinate with structural, MEP, to ensure design integration and smooth workflow.

2. Site Supervision and Execution

Supervise and monitor architectural works at the site to ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards. Oversee finishing works including masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, joinery, false ceiling, cladding, glazing, etc. Ensure the implementation of architectural details and finishes with precision and design intent. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.

3. Quality Control and Assurance

Enforce compliance with approved materials, specifications, and construction methods. Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship. Maintain quality assurance documentation and prepare inspection reports (IRs). Coordinate with consultants for site inspections and approvals.

4. Technical and Design Coordination

Review architectural drawings and highlight discrepancies or conflicts with other disciplines. Suggest practical solutions and design modifications to resolve site-related issues. Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for clarifications and approvals. Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and records.

5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment. Report and mitigate potential hazards or unsafe practices.

6. Material and Resource Management

Prepare material requisitions in line with project requirements and schedules. Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling at site. Manage workforce, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently to optimize productivity.

7. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work completion records. Track project milestones, monitor delays, and assist in corrective actions. Support project billing by certifying completed works and preparing measurement sheets.

8. Leadership and Mentorship

Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff. Conduct training sessions on construction techniques, quality standards, and site procedures. Ensure team alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and finishing works. Proficient in AutoCAD & site documentation tools. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Leadership and decision-making under pressure.
Salary: ₹40,000/- per month
