Senior SHE (Electrical Manager)

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SHE CERTIFICATE.

Degree in Electrical Engineering with govt. recognized Electrical License Holder 1 year expreince required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures specific to

Rail / Metro electrical systems

(traction power, substations, OHE/third rail, E&M, stations, depots). Ensure compliance with railway authority standards, local regulations, and international SHE requirements. Conduct

risk assessments, HIRA, JSA

, and safety audits for electrical and high-voltage works. Oversee electrical safety during installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. Review and approve

Method Statements, Risk Assessments (MSRA), and Permit-to-Work systems

. Coordinate SHE activities with project teams, contractors, and railway authorities. Deliver SHE inductions, toolbox talks, and electrical safety training for site personnel. Monitor contractor compliance and enforce SHE standards across all work fronts. Prepare SHE reports, statistics, and presentations for management and clients.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
