Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer
Experience: 5-10 Years
Engagement Duration: 3 Months+ (Extendable)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST (Overlap hours for meetings)
Work Location: Trivandrum / Kochi
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint Architecture & Development

• Design and implement scalable SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (On-Prem, if required).
• Strong hands-on expertise with Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Columns, Views, and Site Architecture.
• Design efficient information architecture and governance models.

Security & Access Control

• Implement and manage SharePoint permission models, inheritance, and group-based access control.
• Apply least-privilege security principles across SharePoint and Azure integrations.

Microsoft 365 & Graph Integrations

• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Develop automation and extensions using Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Design and manage subscription/notification-based integrations and their lifecycle.

Azure & Backend Services

• Build and maintain Azure Functions (HTTP, Queue, Timer triggers).
• Publish and secure APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, tokens, claims, RBAC, and managed identities.
• Manage Azure AD / Entra ID app registrations, permissions, and consent flows.

Automation & Customization

• Develop operational automation using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Runbooks, and PnP PowerShell.
• Build custom SharePoint components using SPFx (React).
• Use PnP, CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs for customization and automation.

Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across SharePoint, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement logging, monitoring, dashboards, and alerts for observability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

Primary Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in SPFx, PnP PowerShell, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
• Solid experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation (Runbooks), Azure Functions, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SharePoint and Azure deployments.
