We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Administrator with 8-10 years of experience to manage, configure, and maintain our SharePoint environments (on-premises and/or SharePoint Online). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability of SharePoint solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support SharePoint environments (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and/or SharePoint Online).
Manage site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and templates.
Configure and maintain SharePoint services including search, content types, and metadata.
Monitor SharePoint performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
Perform regular backups and restore operations as needed.
Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and compliance measures.
Collaborate with development teams and business users to customize SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx (if applicable).
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
Stay updated on the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation.
Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, IIS, and SQL Server in relation to SharePoint.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-740, or SharePoint-related certs) are a plus.
