Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with a strong foundation in ServiceNow development, particularly in
TSM
and/or
CSM modules
. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform customizations, and have experience working within an ITIL framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and configure TSM/CSM modules and workflows.
Develop Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Catalog Items.
Create REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain platform performance and ensure scalability.

Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Proficient in ServiceNow APIs and scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Scripts).
Deep understanding of TSM and/or CSM modules.
Hands-on experience with Service Portals and ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), CSM/TSM certifications preferred.
