We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise-grade implementation of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to build scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations.
Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications.
Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with JavaScript, GlideScript, and modern web technologies.
Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations.
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
