Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, Discovery & Integrations to enhance platform capabilities, optimize CMDB health, and automate enterprise processes.
What You Will Do
Build & enhance ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) modules
Own CMDB development -- relationships, reconciliation, normalization, class models
Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Sensors & Probes
Build enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Servers
Integrate with platforms like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AD, SailPoint, Coupa
Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and lifecycle accuracy
Develop dashboards for utilization, compliance & asset lifecycle
Participate in Agile ceremonies & collaborate with Platform Owner/Architect
Troubleshoot integration failures, CMDB issues & workflow errors
Support ServiceNow upgrades and compatibility checks
Prepare documentation for designs, mappings, workflows & audits
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
3+ years focused on ITAM / CMDB / Discovery
Strong understanding of:
CMDB architecture, CSDM v4+, reconciliation, service modeling
Discovery & Service Mapping (patterns, sensors, probes)
