Role : Senior ServiceNow Developer
Experience : 5+ years
Location : Noida, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad
Mandate Skills:
** o Implementation & Customization Experience in Service Now on All the Modules including but not limited to:
o Incident Management
o Problem Management
o Change Management
o Knowledge Management
o Discovery and Configuration Management
o Service Request Catalogue
o Service Portal
** Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on and web services integrations
** Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc
