HVAC Senior Service Technician Position Overview-We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician with over 10 years of expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical skills with strong customer service capabilities and vendor management experience, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, and split ACs.
Installation Oversight: Lead and supervise installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes, manufacturer specifications, and energy efficiency standards.
Performance Optimization: Conduct system inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.
Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and client communication records with accuracy and clarity.
Customer Service Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly, delivering clear updates, and ensuring a premium service experience.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for parts, equipment, and service support; negotiate terms, monitor performance, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ASHRAE, and local regulatory standards, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
