Job Description

Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UPS systems, battery chargers, stabilizers, and other electronic power equipment.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits at customer sites. Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with the service manager and update service logs, reports, and customer feedback. Provide technical support to clients via phone or on-site visits. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service activities. Assist in testing, calibration, and quality assurance of repaired equipment. Train junior technicians and support staff when required. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of power electronics and electrical systems. Hands-on experience in repairing and servicing UPS systems (1KVA-800KVA), battery chargers, and stabilizers. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel for on-site service support. Basic knowledge of IT hardware/networking will be an added advantage.

Salary: 25000-55000
