Position: Senior Service engineer

Experience: 6+ years

Salary: up to 50K (Based on Experience)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai,

Notice perioda: 15 Days & Immediately Joiner

Education :Diploma in electronics / ITI / BE Electronics

Preferable from western suburbs,

Office Timing : 9 :30AM to 6 30PM Should be flexible

Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems


Monitoring the operation of security equipment for malfunctions or other problems


Recording events on camera and storing footage in a digital format for later reference
Maintaining logs of security incidents and making sure they are reported to appropriate personnel


Installing and maintaining security equipment such as alarms or access control systems
Responding to security breaches or other emergencies such as fires or medical emergencies


Operating computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity


Coordinating with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel when crimes are committed


Strong understanding of telecom network planning principles, procedures, and standards.


Telecom engineers are experts in electronics who typically specialize in telephone networks or broadband telecommunications.


Telecom engineers design or configure voice, video, and data communications systems.


A person in this role is also expected to manage installation and post-installation service and maintenance.


A successful telecom engineer should be an analytical problem-solver with strong math skills and prior experience.


Excellent communication and people skills

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
