Job Summary:
xc2xb7 Commissioning of chillers and HVAC system
xc2xb7 Repairing of all type of HVAC equipment.
xc2xb7 Customer follow-ups and meetings according to schedule.
xc2xb7 Team management & coordination with Service coordinator for their moments and for any requirements like parts etc.
xc2xb7 Weekly meeting with Team about concerns like safety, site audits & backlogs.
xc2xb7 Update to service Manager & coordinator for the monthly plan.
Job responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Responsible for Commissioning & service of Chillers, HVAC.
xc2xb7 Attending and handling of all models of chillers and Low side equipment complaints as per ASM instructions and Company guidelines.
xc2xb7 Carrying out the timely PPM for chiller as per Company SOP.
xc2xb7 RCA for failures and sharing with Quality team & FFL
xc2xb7 Ensuring of following of EHS as per Trane guidelines.
xc2xb7 Handling of all customer service requirements.
xc2xb7 Generating of Leads.
xc2xb7 Ensuring of Quality job execution and smooth & timely completion of given service tasks.
xc2xb7 Providing daily report to office & ASM
xc2xb7 Sharing of Service reports to Deployer with parts requirement.
xc2xb7 Holding DL of 4-wheeler/2 Wheeler.
xc2xb7 Ensuring all the safety and vehicle audit requirements followed and honoured.
xc2xb7 Service Technicians Should have a practical hand-on experience on chillers Installation, Warranty and AMC services.
xc2xb7 Service Technicians should have operational user experience about MS office, Internet, Mail etc.
Qualification:
xc2xb7 Minimum Graduation/Diploma/ITI in mechanical / R&AC/Electrical/Electronics.
xc2xb7 Experience --- 10+ years on site & working on chillers.
xc2xb7 Good Technical Knowledge of Chillers.
