Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure high-quality service support to customers through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of industrial equipment, while driving AMC generation, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission industrial machinery (e.g., coding machines, weighing systems, packaging equipment).

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance visits.

Provide on-site and remote technical support.

Escalate critical issues to principal companies if unresolved at local level.

Customer & Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Attend to urgent service requests with minimal downtime.

Conduct customer training and awareness programs.

Drive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) conversion and renewal.

Identify potential leads for sales, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.

Support sales and commercial teams through site insights and customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
