Your Mission

Take ownership of a portfolio of Managed Services and project clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.


Drive

delivery excellence

, uphold SLAs, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction .


Lead and mentor global delivery teams -- fostering collaboration and accountability.


Host customer meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with confidence and clarity .


Provide insights through dashboards, reports, and data-driven decisions .


Manage incidents, RCAs, and governance frameworks with precision.


Collaborate with finance for billing, invoicing, and resource utilization.


Support cloud transformation initiatives across

AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments

?.


Continuously improve delivery processes and service frameworks to drive operational efficiency.

What You Bring

12+ years in Service Delivery Management (MSP or enterprise IT environment).


5+ years of experience across

Azure / OCI / AWS / Engineered Systems

.


Strong knowledge of

ITIL practices

(Incident, Problem, Change, Request).


Proven leadership and client management skills.


Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Bonus Points If You Have

ITIL v4 / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.


Experience with

ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint

.


Strong data analytics and reporting skills.


A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure .

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
