As a Senior Field Service Coordinator at Bharati Robotic Systems India Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing field service operations to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our robotic systems at client sites. In this senior capacity, you will take ownership of coordinating field service activities, supporting field teams, and driving continuous improvement in service quality. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for robotics and automation.
Responsibilities:
Field Service Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate field service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs of robotic systems at client sites.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to service implementation.
Serve as the escalation point for complex field service issues and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess service quality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise and Support:
Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support to field service engineers and technicians.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with the engineering team to develop effective solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of field service activities, including detailed service reports, equipment status, and customer communication.
Generate and analyze regular reports on field service performance, highlighting key metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical and service capabilities of field service personnel.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and provide training to internal teams and customers.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits of field service activities and drive corrective actions to address gaps and improve service quality.
Logistics and Resource Management:
Oversee logistics for field service operations, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime across field operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Familiarity with robotic systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
