Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior SEO Specialist

to join our growing

EdTech team

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic growth strategies, content-driven SEO, and lead-focused optimization for educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive

SEO strategies

to improve organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation Manage

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

activities Conduct in-depth

keyword research

aligned with EdTech programs, courses, and learner intent Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and course pages for search engines Collaborate with

content, design, and development teams

to implement SEO best practices Monitor and improve

site performance, indexing, crawlability, and page speed

Handle

link-building strategies

, outreach, and backlink audits Track SEO performance using tools and prepare

weekly/monthly reports

Analyze competitors and industry trends in the

EdTech domain

Stay updated with

Google algorithm updates

and SEO trends

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

On-page SEO, Off-page SEO & Technical SEO

Hands-on experience with

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Proficiency in SEO tools such as

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Ubersuggest

Experience optimizing for

lead generation and conversions

Understanding of

content marketing & blog optimization

Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, schema markup, and site architecture

(basic to intermediate) Experience working with

CMS platforms

(WordPress preferred) Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of SEO experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory

Proven track record of improving

organic rankings and traffic
