Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools to improve conversions.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Track, report, and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in running successful campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Experience in e-commerce or B2B digital marketing.
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
