We're seeking an experienced, analytical, and self-driven

SEO Manager

to lead our SEO vertical. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in

SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising

, demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, and be capable of delivering measurable results for diverse industries at the agency level.

Responsibilities

Manage and rank

GMB (Google Business Profiles)

for Local & National clients. Design and execute effective

SEO strategies

to increase online visibility, traffic, and revenue. Plan, implement, and optimize

Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns to drive conversions and ROI. Analyze and report on SEO and SEM performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager

. Stay updated with the latest

SEO, SEM, and Paid Ads trends

, algorithm updates, and best practices. Conduct

keyword research

and

competitor analysis

to identify growth opportunities. Execute

link-building activities

ensuring quality backlinks from reputable sources. Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize

SEO-friendly, high-quality content

. Work with the web development team to implement

technical SEO improvements

. Act as the primary point of contact for all SEO & Paid Ads-related communication with clients.

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering SEO results for

local, national, and international clients

across varied industries. Strong understanding of

On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and Link Building

. Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing

Google Ads (PPC campaigns)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)

. Proficiency with SEO & Ads tools: Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush / Ahrefs Google Ads Manager Meta Business Manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Leadership experience, preferably managing a team of SEO specialists or digital marketing executives.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
