Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
Perform site audits and implement improvements in structure, speed, and content.
Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
Optimize landing pages for better conversions and user experience.
Track, measure, and report SEO performance regularly.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices.
Coordinate with content, developer, and design teams for SEO improvements.
Handle and mentor junior SEO team members or interns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in SEO.
Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis.
Experience with link-building and outreach strategies.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in working with large databases or job portals.
Knowledge of GEO, AEO, local SEO, App SEO, and International SEO.
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of paid ads and performance marketing is a plus.
