Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as the ability to guide a team and deliver measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions. This position requires a mix of analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and leadership to execute successful SEO strategies that match our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation

Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings. Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Keyword Planner. Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, headings, internal linking, URLs, content quality, and schema markup. Manage off-page SEO: link building, guest posting, citation management, and social bookmarking.

Technical SEO

Ensure proper crawling and indexing through optimized sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags. Improve website performance: Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, and page speed. Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues proactively.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and evaluate SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio. Provide actionable insights and regular reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.

4.

Local & Competitor SEO

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles and local citations. Implement review acquisition strategies and monitor reputation management. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in content, backlinks, and SEO structure.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior SEO team members and guide their skill development. Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience managing

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

for multiple websites. Expertise with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast, Rank Math. Strong grasp of

search engine algorithms

SERP features

(snippets, People Also Ask, image/video search). Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow. Ability to perform competitive analysis and develop

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

4 to 6 years of proven SEO experience with a track record of measurable results.
