to own organic growth outcomes in a demanding, fast-moving startup environment. Drive traffic, leads, and revenue while pioneering AI search optimization.

What You'll Do

Own Results
Produce and execute an outcome driven SEO strategy
Drive organic traffic growth and revenue attribution
Execute keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
Build and manage link building strategies
Optimize for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI)
Create Content
Collaborate daily with Marketing Lead and Senior Visual Designer on weekly objectives
Create content for optimized landing pages, blogs, guides, webinars, and ebooks
Develop topic clusters and content strategy for B2B SaaS audience
Implement schema markup and structured data
Analyze & Report
Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Build attribution models connecting SEO to pipeline and revenue
Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities
Report on organic growth metrics and ROI
Execute Technically
Lead on technical SEO and on-page implementation
Manage Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and crawlability
Implement GEO strategies and AI-specific optimizations
Ensure mobile optimization and site performance
What we would like to see in you:

Experience
5+ years SEO experience, 3+ years in B2B SaaS
Proven track record scaling organic traffic from 10K to 100K+ monthly sessions
Technical SEO expertise including JavaScript, migrations, site architecture
Content strategy leadership with cross-functional teams
Skills
Expert in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Google Search Console
Proficient as a Webflow editor. Understanding how to work within Webflow editor access for CMS and content of the website
Experience with link building, outreach, and authority building
Knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, pipeline attribution)
