Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive our SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies while also managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires a balance of digital marketing expertise, organizational management, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & SMM:
Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions.
Lead social media marketing campaigns (organic & paid) across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Monitor trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to optimize campaigns.
Manage marketing team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
Coordinate with different departments to align marketing and operational goals.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and administrative activities.
Track key operational metrics and management report.
Foster a positive work culture by supporting both creative and administrative needs.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Hands-on experience with social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience in office/operations management preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
