We are looking for a

Senior SEO & Organic Growth Strategist

to lead and scale our organic marketing initiatives across both

GalTech's internal projects

and a portfolio of client accounts in the UAE and Middle East. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, along with the ability to manage campaigns, deliver measurable results, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategies for in-house and client projects. Take end-to-end ownership of SEO--technical, on-page, and off-page--including keyword strategy, audits, content optimization, authority building, and link acquisition. Drive content-led growth through blogs, video marketing, website content, and social media campaigns, including influencer and community engagement. Oversee organic email marketing, audience engagement, and newsletter campaigns. Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize campaign performance and accelerate organic reach. Manage local, technical, and international SEO initiatives across industries. Measure, analyze, and report on performance to ensure continuous ROI improvement. Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members when required. Stay ahead of SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and industry innovations. Applicants must provide a portfolio of successful SEO campaigns/projects.

Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on SEO and organic digital marketing experience

(agency or in-house; exposure to Middle East clients is a plus). Proven ability to lead multiple projects/accounts and provide team guidance. Expertise in SEO and analytics tools such as

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, AI/automation tools, etc.

Strong experience with web content, organic social media growth, and email marketing campaigns. Skilled in technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and reporting. Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented professional able to work in dynamic, multi-project environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
