Senior SEO Expert

who can combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Overview

As a

Senior SEO Expert

, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO campaigns for clients in multiple industries. You will drive organic growth through

advanced SEO techniques, A/B testing experiments, and automation using tools like n8n

.

This role requires someone who is

hands-on with technical SEO

, confident in

analytics-driven reporting

, and skilled at

experiment-driven marketing

. You will collaborate with developers, designers, PPC experts, and content strategists to deliver outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Design and implement

data-driven SEO strategies

to maximize organic visibility. Conduct

keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring

. Build short- and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
2. On-Page & Off-Page SEO

Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup. Manage

link-building campaigns, outreach strategies, and digital PR

. Improve

Core Web Vitals

and mobile-first indexing.
3. Technical SEO

Perform

site audits

for crawlability, indexation, and architecture issues. Fix

canonicalization, redirects, structured data, hreflang, and robots.txt

. Collaborate with developers on advanced

site performance and Core Web Vitals improvements

.
4. Content Optimization

Create

SEO content briefs

and align strategy with

user intent

. Optimize existing and new content for

keywords, semantic relevance, and conversions

. Collaborate with writers for

high-impact content marketing campaigns

.
5. A/B Testing & Experimentation

Plan and execute

A/B tests

across landing pages, CTAs, content, and ad creatives. Measure performance based on KPIs like

conversion rate, CTR, bounce rate, and ROI

. Recommend and implement winning variations for continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
6. Workflow Automation (n8n & Tools)

Build

automation flows in n8n

for SEO reporting, campaign monitoring, and performance tracking. Automate

split-testing workflows

(traffic routing, result collection, winner assignment). Integrate multiple platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, CRM) into

automated dashboards and reports

.
7. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze performance using

GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

, etc. Monitor SEO KPIs like

organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rate

. Generate

weekly/monthly performance reports

with actionable insights.
8. Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor

junior SEO executives and interns

on best practices. Work with

cross-functional teams

(designers, PPC, social, devs) to align strategies. Stay updated with

Google algorithm updates and SEO industry shifts

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of SEO experience

with proven results in competitive industries. Excellent

English communication skills

(written and verbal) - mandatory, as the role involves working directly with

international clients

. Ability to present

SEO reports, strategies, and insights

clearly to global stakeholders. Deep knowledge of

technical SEO, ranking factors, and algorithm updates

. Proficiency in

SEO tools

(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, SurferSEO, GA4, GSC). Strong expertise in

WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and custom CMS

SEO. Hands-on experience in

A/B testing and CRO techniques

. Ability to build

n8n automation workflows

for SEO, reporting, and campaign optimization. Solid understanding of

Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site performance

. Analytical mindset with ability to convert

data into actionable strategies

. Excellent communication skills for

client interactions and reporting

.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO

. Familiarity with

Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation platforms

. Understanding of

PPC, social media optimization (SMO), and integrated marketing

. Experience in

site migrations, multi-language SEO, and enterprise SEO

. Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

for debugging SEO issues.
