Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic

Senior SEO Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page SEO, and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive

on-page and off-page SEO strategies

. Conduct detailed

keyword research

, competitive analysis, and gap analysis. Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking structure. Monitor and improve site performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs

. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, trends, and insights. Perform regular

SEO audits

and fix technical SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site speed, etc.). Manage and build quality

backlink profiles

through outreach and partnerships. Stay up to date with

search engine algorithm changes

and industry best practices. Mentor and support junior SEO team members if applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in

SEO execution

(agency or in-house). Strong understanding of

search engine algorithms

, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency with tools such as: Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz Screaming Frog / Sitebulb WordPress or CMS platforms Experience in

technical SEO

, schema markup, site architecture optimization. Familiarity with

HTML/CSS basics

and website structure. Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights. Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field. Google Analytics / HubSpot / SEO certifications are a plus. Experience with

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
